Akimist "E" Humidity Control System

Dry mist humidifier
Compact, efficient and energy-saving humidifiers.

¿Que es la niebla seca?
Dry fog is an ultra-fine "non-wetting" fog that does not wet objects it touches. AKIMist "E" produces a large amount of dry fog.

Why does dry fog not wet?
Small droplets bounce off an object, while large droplets burst, wetting the object.
Dry fog droplets are so fine that they do not burst or wet objects they touch.

How is dry fog produced?
The atomized droplets coming out of the two holes collide with each other in the center. At the same time, they generate ultrasonic waves of 33 to 40 kHz to further atomize the droplets and homogenize their size.
Benefits of humidification in SMT
Static charge prevention
Helps eliminate static electricity problems, improve product quality and reduce the number of defects.
Energy saving
Our humidification systems also produce cooling of around 2C, helping to reduce air conditioning cooling costs.
Promote better health for workers
Maintaining a relative humidity level above 50% dramatically reduces cold and flu viruses, etc., and creates more comfortable work environments.
Error reduction
Reduction of picking and assembly errors by 60%. In addition to internal damage to parts by controlling the HR around 45%.
